And done! I think he's going to make a great sticker. If there's enough interest, I may do a tee too, but sadly it won't be ready in time for Anime Central :-(

A couple of people have wondered why I sometimes throw a thick border around my art. Usually it's because it's intended for something, in this case a sticker. Dye cutting to the exact edges of the design itself would be very difficult and pricey. The thick border gives it some leeway. Same with certain tee designs.

I am still in the process of slowly rebuilding my story notes. This has proven to be an interesting process, since the world I am working with is still growing and evolving before my eyes. I have even begun to work out some of the kinks that seemed to be holding the first set of stories back. Now I have to over come my Achilles heal as an aspiring writer, organization. Honestly that is the one thing that seems to get me every time, true my abilities with spelling and punctuation leave a lot to be desired. But I would like to improve my organizational skills and get something written, then I can use it to work out the kinks in my other abilities or lack there of. Today I went to see Horton Hears A Who, with a friend, I found the movie to be quite enjoyable and extremely witty. I will be writing down my thoughts on it and posting them just as soon as my laptop is working properly again. I also ended up watching the Born Ultimatum, with my brother and sister. I enjoyed the movie, however I think it will make more sents once I see the first two movies and re-watch it. I am planning on taking my laptop to Best Buy on Monday so that the Geek Squad can look at it again. That is if the virus scan that I am running, doesn’t end before the limited battery power runs out. I am hoping that I am able to find out what is wrong soon, after all I just took my laptop in to be looked at a little over a week ago. Current Mood: creative Current Music: Get Ready (The Blenders)

I think the new part I got for my laptop is defective, its kind of annoying since I want to finish watch Full Metal Panic. The Anime Round Table And Review is going to be talking about it this Sunday and I would like to start keeping up with the anime they are reviewing so that I know what is going on. So I will probably only be online a few times a month, when I can get to the library, or when I can figer out what on earth is going on with my laptop. Current Mood: annoyed

Iron Man

Rated: PG-13
Who knew that comic book heroes like The X Men, The Fantastic 4, Spider Man, and Now Iron Man ever would have stepped off of the pages of Marvel Comics and on to the big screen? Maybe this is a reflection of how well the Supper Hero Genre did in the form of cartoons; captivating the minds of children who got to see their wildest fantasy come to life. I was one of those children, who would hurry home from piano lesions or wake up early just to watch The Fantastic 4, Spider Man, or The X Men. This hobby even fallowed me into my collage years when my best friend and me watched Saturday Morning cartoons together.
Directed by Jon Favreau, Iron Man, will keep you on the edge of your set until the very end; with a combination of a witty script and spectacular special effects. Thankfully the movie also consists of a strong plot and characters, that carry you thought the story, leaving you fully satisfied when the ride is over.
Warning Contains Spoilers
The story centers on playboy Tony Stark ( Robert Downey Jr. ) who owns Stark Industries. When the story opens he is exchanging playful banter with solders in Afghanistan, before showing them the newest weapon to come out of Stark Industries. The movie then cuts to an awards ceremony that that Mr. Stark is suppose to be attending, but instead he is off gambling with women. It isn’t long after this that Mr. Stark has to return to Afghanistan, probably to show off another weapon, when he is captured and nearly killed by insurgence. It is during this time that Mr. Stark’s life is saved by another hostage, a doctor by the name of Raza ( Faran Tahir ). Raza, saves Mr. Stark’s life and the two of them devise a plain to escape.
It is only after Mr. Stark has set himself free that he learns the awful truth. Security at Stark industries wasn’t what he thought it was and the insurgency has weapons that he helped to develop. Now armed with the iron suet he created along with Raza, he decides to give up the play boy life stile and do something about the current state of Stark Industries. However there is one man, who likes the direction that Stark Industrys is moving in and wants to continue selling weapons Americans and at the same time letting the weapons fall into enemy hands.

I don’t know how or why, but the meeting at the Art Museum was a success! I have found a new friend, who shares my love of the theater among other things! Oh I also saw a killer blood chilling performance of the play Dracula! I would say more, but its getting late and I have an anime to marathon tomorrow! Well this is it. I got the call tonight. I'm going to beat her to the punch though. I'm turning in my two weeks tomarrow before she even has a chance to say I am fired.
I just feel... really annoyed at things. Maybe myself to a point, wondering what I did wrong, what I could have done better.
At least I can pay rent tomarrow...
I just hope somehow.. I find another job. And fast.
Or by a miracle I win the lottery.
But hey! Look at it this way! I can actually have time to do my commissions and focus on them!
-EDIT-
Ok. So far I still have a job.
This run around is getting... really really really tiring.Current Mood: *le sigh* Current Music: Iron Chef on Food Network
